The significant elevation gain and altitude require decent physical fitness, making this hike unsuitable for those not accustomed to walking.<\/p>\n<p><b>Registration: <\/b>registration is mandatory by 7:00 PM on Saturday, October 18, 2025, and implies acceptance of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ponenteexperience.it\/regolamento-di-escursione\/\">hiking regulations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Maximum number of participants:<\/b> 25 people<\/p>\n<p><b>Participation fee: <\/b>\u20ac15 per person (free up to 10 years old, \u20ac5 from 11 to 18 years old).<\/p>\n<p><b>The fee includes: <\/b>accompaniment by an environmental and hiking guide registered with AIGAE<\/p>\n<p><b>Recommended equipment:<\/b> hiking shoes or boots, technical breathable layered clothing, trekking poles, windbreaker, sun protection, hat or bandana, good water supply (at least 1.5 liters).
